Stayed in a reasonably spacious and huge room with a fridge and balcony. the room had a flat-screen TV, a safe, and a fridge for convenience. the location was central, next to the tourist area and Tulum's main streets. the staff were incredibly nice and friendly most of the time.

the hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a tourist area, near the bus station, and tulum‘s main streets. the a double room with fridge and balcony, facilities worked for us. the location was good - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. also, the venue was at walking distance from cenote caracon.

We were pleasantly surprised with the double room that had a balcony and appreciated the shower facilities and bath sheets provided.

We had an amazing stay at Ko'Ox Wenne. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony offering a nice view. The rooftop pool was fantastic and perfect for watching the sunset. The staff was professional and helpful throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Tulum.
